Choice of outfit is completely up to you – because of circumstances, he’s been alive for quite a while despite looking like a little boy – so anything – Victorian, Japanese (directly before the Meiji Restoration), current, futuristic is totally fine. Things associated with him are roses, time/clocks (especially clock-faces or gears), cherry blossoms, rivers and knowledge. = )
